The Lorain K-12 Digital Academy will be accepting applications
for the 2010-2011 school year beginning: Monday, July 12th, 2010 at the Lorain K-12 Digital Academy at 1800 W. 40th Street.
The Digital Academy offers a tuition-free online home education program;
the use of computer equipment; certified teachers; an approved Ohio
curriculum; and a valid high school diploma.
At the time of application, parents must provide:
* birth certificate
* social security card
* immunization history
* proof of residency
* proof of internet service or an active home phone line
